The most exciting game of round 7 in the ABA League took place in Domzale. This derby game ended with only one-point defeat on the road of 11th ranked North MacedonianMZT Skopje (1-3) to leader Slovenian Helios Suns (4-0) 68-67 on Tuesday evening. MZT Skopje's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Helios Suns have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain first place with 4-0 record. MZT Skopje lost third consecutive game. Defending North Macedonian champion dropped to the thirteenth position with three games lost.
